Diamond Knife Cleaner This is an instrument specifically designed to clean diamond knives. It includes a 100 ml beaker and a special holder to clamp a Micro Star  or anyother standard diamond knife. Standard knives have a 3/8"  (9.5mm) widebase. The cleaner is a magnetic stirrer turning at  1800rpm and reversing direction twice a minute. It has a six position  timer that can be set to cycle from 15 minutes to 8 hours.

Dimensions: 6" (152 mm) long, 3.8" (95 mm) wide, 2.6" (66 mm) tall  or 5.4" (137 mm) with the beaker in place.

Electrical: 100-125, or  200-225 V AC 6 watts, 1/8 A fuse.

To access the fuse, unplug the unit  and remove the four screws in the rubber feet. A spare fuse is  included inside. When ordering, please specify the voltage.

Instructions: Fill the beaker to 50 ml with a solution of 10% liquid  detergent and water or other cleaning solution (see manual page).  Clamp the diamond knife firmly in the holder and place it in the beaker.  Set the timer. Turn the cleaner ON only after everything is in position.  It will turn OFF automatically at the end of the cycle, or manually by pressing the off button. The cycle may vary from the indicated time  a few minutes per hour.
